There’s nothing worse than contributing to the WordPress.com support forums and not being able to edit your contribution. The WordPress.org support forums allows a short window of time to go back and clean up a mistake or add something meaningful that you forgot the first time.

I generally edit my writing a lot and it is indeed frustrating not to be able to edit WP.com forum answers.

You missed the time period when there was nothing but drama in the com forums because people kept editing their replies. Just post an additional comment with the correction. It happens to the best of us.

I’m sure that was fun. I just want that opportunity to add a missing word or quick final thought. Five minutes would be great.
