		<description>Good luck finding Columbia&#039;s 800 number...or a local retailer that will take care of you (JCP, Dunhams, etc. don&#039;t count) . Ever since &quot;mother&quot; took her manufacturing across the pond, Columbia&#039;s outerwear went south. How many of us have had the zipper pull break?....IN THE MIDDLE OF WINTER!!. Yeah, and I will wait 3-4 weeks for shipping / repair turnaround. 
How many of us have a large paper clip for a zipper pull?....It should be their trademark...a large paper clip!  hahahah (he laughs hysterically) </description>

		<description>I was looking around for information on getting the zipper fixed on my Columbia vest... I&#039;ll have to give them a call and see if I can get it fixed without having to mail the thing in!  Glad it worked out well for you!

I have to agree with you on the Dyson.  We&#039;ve had a Dyson Animal (the purple one) for over 3 years.  It&#039;s the best vacuum we&#039;ve owned: easy to empty, no replacing bags, attachments easy to get to, hose is easy to get out and put back, and it always works well!

I&#039;ve heard people complain that it&#039;s overpriced... but it works and works well.  We haven&#039;t regretted a penny we&#039;ve spent on ours!
