Yeah, and I will wait 3-4 weeks for shipping / repair turnaround. We've had a Dyson Animal (the purple one) for over 3 years. It's the best vacuum we've owned: easy to empty, no replacing bags, attachments easy to get to, hose is easy to get out and put back, and it always works well! I've heard people complain that it's overpriced... but it works and works well.
