Michael Heilemann via Joen Asmussen had it right when he said that he wants Surface (provided it runs on Mac OS X). I want one too. I briefly saw the tailend of Bill Gates on the morning news doing a dog-and-pony show about Surface. I was impressed. Judging by the story on Digg, Surface definitely has legs and is garnering the attention that it probably deserves. It’s slick and innovative. Traits I usually utter in association with Apple. I wonder how Apple and Steve Jobs will respond to this technology. Kudos to Microsoft on this one. Well done!
So now what? How long will it take to see these units in action at the local watering hole?
