It's the best vacuum we've owned: easy to empty, no replacing bags, attachments easy to get to, hose is easy to get out and put back, and it always works well! I was simply blown away by not only the cleaning ability of the Dyson but the engineering that went into it too. I simply had to have one. It took me about 6 weeks of convincing my wife before we finally purchased a reconditioned one online. Weird..... I never really gave too much thought to what vacuum we used until then. We still love our Dyson Animal to this day. Dyson certainly is an incredible cleaning machine.
