i Think part of the problem is that this path -

Note that the online version is an older version. You need to buy the <a href="http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/ASIN/0974514055/marcsepinion-20/103-4418756-8035823?ie=UTF8&camp=1789&link_code=xm2" rel="nofollow">dead tree version</a> to get the most up to date version, if that matters to you.
